Charisse received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida in 2004. Shortly after graduating, she started working in her field. She donates and volunteers her time with children’s autism awareness, The Eagles Club, Toys for Tots and Brother’s Keeper. She is the mother of two children and is married to Shawn Smith, who is a volunteer firefighter and a fulltime licensed agent with Zinnia Wealth Management.
